HPI Racing 8439 GT by Citroen 2008 (1/43 scale. Resin, limited 400pcs)


Norev / Provence Moulage's GT was released in Oct, 2008 at the same time of unveiled actual car in Salon de Paris. probably it made from original CAD data by Citroen. also 1/18 scale diecast model coming soon.
in mid of 2009, HPI scanned actual car with [ Portable Laser 3D-Scanner ] and shape and edges adjusted for molding 1/43 scale.
they said as " Modeling-team of Most popular car video game series in the world using the same scanner as ours." on past article of HPI official blog (2007.08.02.Thursday) ;

font is " Impact " + Italic, LIKE THIS.
little different from actual font of GT logo used, but seems most similar.
