    Kizuna Encounter EURO on ebay

    http://cgi.ebay.at/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=220421390119

And the thing is: It's probably legit. The seller is the same who announced himself as "5th KE EURO owner" a couple of months ago. Now he is selling his entire collection due to personal reasons.
<- can someone please make this as a repro and sell it so me?

This will probably sell for an obscene amount of money. People will be killing each other over this. We'll see in a little over nine days. Anyone willing to guess what the final price will be?

I'm guessing the final price will be about 7135 Euros (or 10000$). Maybe a little more, because who cares about a few thousand Euros/dollars

All for what is approximately 3 A4 sheets of printed paper around a game that could be bought for $600. One day someones going to buy one, do some high quality copies of the slip, label and manual and buy Japanese versions of the game and watch stupid people buy the game...

As self-proclaimed default whore, I'm glad I'm incapable of buying non-originals (which means foreign versions...except in very extreme cases).

Not quite, I don't think anyone has a scan of the manuals contents, much less a high res one. None of the collectors want to take the thing out of it's baggy. However, there has GOT to be a pallet of these somewhere, no way only approximately 12 of these exist.

Yet another auction ending early. :(

I think people don't get a fair chance to win an item like this at auction anymore. I think lots of collectors have missed out now because of being fair, and not trying get it by making private offers before the auction has ended.

Maybe if the auction had a best offer option it might not seem so bad, but I don't think it did.

Well cancelling the auction and selling the cartridge privately means you don't have to give Ebay "No we aren't an auction house, we are more like a trading table" a large chunk of money for doing nothing.

And exactly how many collectors have $13.000+ to spend on an item like this? When it comes to extremely rare items, it's not a question of fair chance. It's a question of filthy rich.

If this was indeed sold outside of eBay, anyone with enough cash could have sent the guy a message telling him he'll get fourteen grand and he won't have to give shit to eBay.

What I mean is that anyone who can send a message to the seller and make him a good enough offer can get an item like this one. It's still just bidding and best offer wins. Nothing left to chance or to being fair.

I would hardly call 13K filthy rich.

Ok. Just rich then. I know getting a 13K loan wouldn't be a problem for many, even if they don't have that kind of cash in their bank account. I was thinking average collector-wise.

    Some information:

    - the owner wasn't selling it by himself but his wife put it up on ebay for him
    - she got plenty of offers within no time
    - when she got an offer of 14000$ she stopped the auction and waits untill her husband comes back so he can manage the deal by himself

I know somebody who is in contact with the seller (or his wife at least) so we'll probably gonna know what it will sell for. For now 14k USD is the max bid, hopefully it's no bluff.
<- can someone please make this as a repro and sell it so me?
