Why not? A lot of April fools sites are still up. Besides, it's pretty obvious (the date is 1986, and SNK don't make MVS games anymore).
Looks like Star Soldier with modified graphics, still would have been a nice Famicom ROM...
Oh well..
The thing looks kinda fun tho, shame that games like that are not made anymore :(
..No idea how i managed to miss the 1986 anyway :P
So wish that was real :(
