I didn't realise the Japanese had such a fondness for subliminal images. :)

Not game related, but the most extreme use of subliminal images has to be in the Al Pacino flick 'Cruising' - I'll say no more... but details of these images (which actually slipped by censors in some cases - are listed on imdb)
