Soudo - this is a proper name or translation from English name "Sword"?
It's a character from the game named "Sword" in English, translated to Japanese Katakana (Soodo, ソード).

To be honest it doesn't make any difference, long katakana-vowels are just written with a ー rather than an additional う etc. Only words that emphasize the U-sound (rather than just implying a long O-sound) are written with a Katakana-u, like Seoul or Soul Calibur (ソウル).
Kind of offtopic but I figured what the hell, anyone here use Anki? And particularly the Coreplus deck (should be a hugeee one)? Being in China is seriously limiting my capabilities of finding it online myself and I was hoping someone could share it.

I think Araiyaa could also be possible. Can't type it here in Katakana since my characters get scrambled. -_-
