for comparison, my friend's PS3 got a busted BD-drive and they gave him a BRAND new console without any hastle. I demand an Elite because I payed then the price of an elite now and apparently the replacement consoles are complete ass.

well i got a premium back, so they dont know that. as far as they re legally concerned I ve payed 400 euros;p the Elite is 300 now, and I m not asking for the difference so they re in luck - I m so large:P

Got one just back from Microsoft.

If you send in a Xenon, a lot of people are getting retrofitted Falcons back, so it could be a falcon. I think it's called Opus.
