Id be very interested if you are buying it to sell  (I wish trade shops in the UK would sell such things)

I bought the adapter, but now I'm unsure if it is a BBA or LAN adapter. I posted a new thread about it.

Edit - nevermind, I'm stupid. Its just a modem. :banghead:

Unlucky man, we all hope to find those sneaky little bargains here and there.

It's like the time I thought I'd found Biohazard 1.5 on ebay.

Well what I have i snot what you need. But there is a member of a forum I visit that has a retail copy. I am trying to talk him through dumping the image. Hopefully something will turn up.

Any luck, Raziel? I'm still trying to track this down for some testing if anyone else has it and would be willing to share. :)

Just checking again if anyone has the Passport for LAN disc and could help with some testing by providing a few files from the disc. As always, any help is greatly appreciated.

    I found these two images:

I hope it is one of them, if not, sorry!

    I think so.
It was released by DCP if I remember correctly...

Thank you for uploading those images, Alphagamer. Sadly they're both Broadband Passport and won't work with the LAN adapter. Passport for LAN is proving to be quite a hard disc to find.

If you can tell me how to dump a dreamcast disc I can do that this week.

Amazing work, ElBarto! Above and beyond anything I was expecting with the added scans. Thank you for taking the time to do this and thanks to everyone else that offered help.

    No problem.
I've not verified the dump I'll redump it tonight to be sure but httpd-ack seems reliable.

When running the browser in an emulator (LAN adapter emulation turned on), I get an error after pressing the "start" button at the title screen. I created a self-boot disc from El Barto's files and tried them on a retail console with a modem adapter and was able to get past the title screen. I thought the error may have been because there was no adapter in the emulator, but I was still able to get past the title screen, even with no adapter in the retail console.

Can anyone translate this error to English? Many thanks in advance.

It asks you to switch to the modem, and execute the registration with Dream Passport 2, because you can't registrate with DP2 for LAN.

Awesome, T_chan! That was it. I wasn't able to use the Dream Passport 2 or 3 discs, but the Planetweb 3.0 browser worked perfectly for adding settings to the flash. Passport for LAN works great now.
