Strange thing is that my EXTRA Cawaii for Dreamcast came from Jamtex and I haven't even paid for it yet! He knew I wanted it so shipped it out before he left Japan again. I'l still waiting for him to snd me new payment details. :thumbsup:

I paid the game to him and never received anything,except insults. That's professionnal.
Insults (cheap bastard is one,right?) which were endorsed by moderator,even after being reported.
Which made 4 other members beginning to think if they were special rules for him or not.

It's now pretty clear for everyone there is a special status for Mr Jamtex. You're protecting him,whatever his actions or words are.
- him calling another member "a cheap bastard" in the very same member's sale topic --> reported but not deleted,even endorsed by Paulo..it's clearly against your rules,but nothing had been done about it.
- him winding up every single topic i make,even insulting me,you don't lay a finger about it. You don't even answer PMs about it.
But when i come with a normal question, 3 moderators,even admin,comes to protect him. How fair is that?

edited: also there's no rules forcing someone to send picture on request. if you don't trust, don't buy.

Your obvious indignation at some moderation is a bit overdrawn, we have
a volunteer force here, and not all moderation is prompt or to people's liking.

I already did.Weeks ago,on another topic (my own one),Jamtex used the words "cheap bastard"'.Insults are clearly prohibited here,isn't it?
Then i reported it Paulo,and Paulo never did a thing about it.He continued to post on the very same topic,answering me,moderating ME,but the insults lasted there for DAYS. Days ater the report,days after him posting several times.

So to be honest,i have no clue how to proceed with this.
when i report such thing (insults in my sale topic),nothing happens.
When i PM moderators about it,nothing happens.
When i PM you (admin) about it,nothing happens.
So please provide me the appropriate procedure i have to follow so rules can be respected...otherwise why making rules?
Many members here pointed out the fact that his insults remained online for days,and began to wonder about Paulo behaviour about this.

He has been warned. He agreed to stop fighting, you did too, however
here we are again? Did you forget? Do you like causing attention to
yourself?

I hope you'll have the honesty (you or any moderator in fact) to answer my askings.

- I know he hasn't,I never said HE HAS TO.
That is why Thibaut or me (or anyone else) asked or could ask.
He's free to provide pictures so we can see if he really owns the items,if not, well then, conclusions could be made .
- I never spoke about 30 minutes time limit for moderation. I said jamtex jumped within 30 minutes (in fact,less than 10), but the moderation i was talking about didn't come DAYS later.
You didn't remove his post with insults,the WHOLE topic was plainly & simply deleted,once days passed and the insults were still there,and there was many other members begin to ask questions about that.

I asked for pictures,NOTHING ELSE. Then karsten came and began to make the link with the "old&tiring story". I DID NOT. He did.

Paulo (or any who has the power to do so,can't see it) completely DELETED the whole sale topic, preventing me from selling any audio CDs,even $5 ones who don't need pictures (anyway,i provided them for every CD).
It's not even locked, it's GONE.
And that happened coincidentally when 2-3 members began to ask Paulo why Jamtex insults were still online for days,and if there was special rules for him.
Paulo(or someone else) never deleted those insults,until the very end.

My topic was competely deleted,i clicked to see what was going on,and the only thing i got was a page saying that the topic doesn't exist anymore.
And i never got any PM from anyone about that, nor any answer by PM to my PM.

The incident was the violation. It never got moderated.
So sending a link of this topic is now impossible,since someone of your team destroyed all evidences by deleting the whole sale topic.
