    Yes.

I didn't want to go out last night, so instead I stayed in and watched a bootleg Cynic concert from 1994. Do you have the Berkeley show, PhreQuencY?

I just have Focus. I watched a 2007 show, or some of it on Youtube, though. The singer guy just looks like such a nice guy!

Completely forgot another of my current favourites -
    Serj Tankian, Elect The Dead
The best bits of SOAD in my opinion melded together with a bit of eccentricity.
Also, I've been getting back into RATM, mainly because I'll finally be able to see them this summer at the Reading Festival (Where I will also be seeing Serj, which I am nearly as excited about)
Also, anyone else on last.fm? My page is here: http://www.last.fm/user/steadyeddie/ where you can see the true strangeness of what I listen to

I think he's Buddhist, so he definitely meditates a lot. Chuck Schuldiner apparently did not like him at all after recording Death's "Human," so something happened there. Paul (the singer) seems nice enough to me, though.

This is "Textures" from their live show in Berkeley, circa 1994.

Taemos - I just now heard the In Flames past Jester Race. I heard stuff from Come Clarity and Soundtrack to Your Escape.

...........Wow. What the fuck. Why do good bands have to turn into crap??

  10. #30
I bought Come Clarity, just because I was blindly hoping it was better than STYE. I don't think it's bad, but by no means is it innovative or terribly interesting to listen to. Soundtrack to your Escape is a terrible album with maybe three decent songs.

Everything *up to and including* Clayman is good, and I liked Reroute to Remain a lot, but a lot of people don't and it's definitely where they started to change their sound. Reroute to Remain is a very solid album and I recommend it, although their older stuff is still better.

My music taste is pretty diverse, listening to a lot of Psy Trance at the moment, generally harder and techier stuff. Going to be rekindling my love for dub now summers here and a cheeky bit of pop punk.

just updated mine PSP to 3.95 and i m chilling out with some ambient tunes. Remarkable piece of portable hardware that PSP and at a price you can't beat. The games may be average with the odd good ones here and there, but it's trully a traveller's best mate!
