They're actually from the Default.XEX file in a recovery disc.

Yes, its just a public RSA key that is used for the Halo 3 map signature verification. He was just trying to make me mad because I told him he shouldent even worry about trying to bruteforce this public key as there is no point it would still take a very long time.

So yeah its nothing special
