I can't get to this site! By clicking that link, I instead went to "http://www.lnx.lu/".
When i see Roy i always remember the helicopter guy from the helipad cutscene in RE2, also i think that some cutscenes shows beta parts, such as the first alley zombie moan in leon intro, also is curios why there is a zombie kendo.

From what we could guess from a few voiced trailers, 1.5 definitively doesn't use the same voice actors as in the final.

None of the actors sound the same in the videos on the Complete Disc (the bonus disc from Biohazard - Director's Cut - Dual Shock ver.), if that's even real voice acting for the game and not something that was mocked together for those videos, I'd dare say they used an entirely different cast and scheduling conflicts or general directional change resulted in recasting of the roles.
Hmm yeah, guess the only ones that sound the same is Elza saying "Sherry..wait!" Leon did sound different though that's for sure. But that must be (if not put together like you mentioned) from the last complete build?

After so many years, I doubt even Capcom knows anymore.
From what i've heard on the complete disc videos, only Elza voice seems the same as Claire in Biohazard 2. Sherry and Leon seems to be different...

Sherry I think sounds the same, Leon is different though. Who knows about Ada/Linda, as they probably never got up to her.

Elza sounds somewhat similar, but it's definitively not the same actress.
Didn't the aactress that does Claire said she worked on a previous script for Capcom during 97 but then said it got canceled? I'm sure I've seen the interview before that confirms she did do 1.5.

Claire and Elza most certainly sound the same, I can tell it in their voice.
Allow me to answer this, as this was one piece of information I planned to keep for the documentary. Source and specific deeper details withheld until I decide to unveil. =)
No.
The game's voice actors were all different in 1.5. The principal difference of the two games voice production was that Resident Evil 1.5's voice acting was recorded in Japan. Resident Evil 2's voices were recorded in Canada.
