Hey guys, I just finished installing Visual Studio 2008, and tried installing the 360 SDK [may '07]. I was hoping that it would let me check the full install option, but it's apparently not compatible.
I was wondering if anyone has had any luck installing the a more recent SDK w/ the new Visual Studio?

EDIT: To avoid any possible confusion, I'm not using a beta version of 2008; I'm using the RTM version available from MSDN.

i assume you need november 2007 sdk, as happened before if you using an outdated version of the sdk with newer version of visual studio, it refuses to install the full setup, cause it checks for current visual studio installed.Originally Posted by gamerfreak1727

Ah. so you got 2008? How is it, any faster than 2005? Been thinking of upgrading myself :)

I haven't had much time to use it, since I've downloaded it. Microsoft just released express editions of it though. If you want to try 2008 out before you buy it, you can find them here: http://www.microsoft.com/express/.

x360 started with 2003 and then they migrated to 2005, so expect 2005 will be unusefull soon
Yup just wait until the 08 sdk releases.
