Did anyone ever figure out if these things do play 3D0 games? M2 is supposed to play 3D0 software...and that price is so low, that it might be biddable...if there was some use for it...

The press release states these M2 media units will play M2 software. The biggest M2 maketing lies was the fact the M2 wasn't able to play original 3DO games. I own of of these units and tested it with several CD formats including audio CD's. It will only boot M2-DVD or M2 CD software. These M2 Media Player units contains more M2 hardware than those white "empty" dev boxes. :smt033
Buy one and hope someday you locate a M2 game. :prayer:
