I honestly think that anyone who started smoking after they put the warnings on cigarette packs should be disqualified from suing tobacco companies. They knew the risks and choose to anyway. Before that though it's fair game.

It's plain retarded. Maybe he is somekind of n00b or something, but after years of being on the net flames are nothing new and 99.9% of the time nothing to even get worried about. You could tell me my mother ate shit in exchange for penuts but it wouldn't bother me. Perhaps if someone flamed me and called me a total asshole would I get in a huff? It's nearly as bad as sueing a company because they gave you too much change from your shopping or for giving you a 2 disc special edition dvd for the same price as a single disc bog standard dvd because they had non in stock.
