    i was too young too back when i was 16.haha never bought too much though

    Yeah....I signed up for PayPal, but as I'm living in Canada, but my bank's in the UK, I can't even transfer funds! Aargh! I just want to donate!

    You don't need a full account to pay, you can just use the shopping cart.

    All you need is a basic ebay account and a credit card.

    Basic paypal sending limit is like $300.
