Panzer Front bis PAL - PSX

Hello all - I'm looking for any info on the never released PAL version of Panzer Front bis for the PSX. Bis was the sequel to Panzer Front (an excellent WW2 tank sim) & was released in Japan in 2001 - a PAL version was being worked on by JVC Interactive, who were unfortunately closed down before the game was released. I believe several magazines in Europe ran previews on the game, whether this was based on finished code I have no idea.
Now I have the Japanese version (which is great) but due to it's extensive strategy options and mission creator mode (entirely in kanji) even with a translation guide it's occasionally a struggle to play. The game has a cult following (& dedicated forum, where I'm from), and a translated PAL version is our 'holy grail'
Any info or would be greatly appreciated.Bunleashed in Japan

The game itself is well worth checking out - it's an excellent mix of strategy & action. It was originally released on the Dreamcast, but again never in the US or Europe.
