I don't have anything extremely rare.

I believe those are the most:

I dont really have anything that rare compared to some of the awesome stuff on this thread but a few things I like are:

    Official Silent Hill 2 Jacket
    New unused Regulation 7 Dreamcast
    Dreamcast kiosk
Sealed Legend of Zelda for NES

Im not sure on this though, it says European Version and doesnt have the
little black sticker seal on the top that my original UK copy I got as a
child has, perhaps someone on here can shed some light?

I've got A Nuon with Tempest 3000, cost a fortune to import into Ireland.
I also have a less rare but certainly fragile Vectrex with one of Richard Hutchinsons lovely VecFlash carts.
I've got some rare stuff for the PS, Kula World, Kurushi.
Steel Battalion and that epic controller for the Xbox.
A very nice perfect 1997 copy of Raiden DX for the PS1.
That lovely promo from Ninty with Zelda OoT and Majoras Mask for the Gamecube.
And that's just off the top of my head.

I collected the CD-ROM PC Engine of Hudson Computer Designers School 4 (new/sealed).

I think it is my new rarest item.

You jammy git!! :P Lovely machine, that. Could do with having a duster run over it, mind you! And it looks like that tree is trying to reclaim that wood! ;) haha.

Nice cups! Is your place like Michael Jackson's, then? :P

Anyway, glad you made it here, eventually! ;)

Gameboy Light... when I first heard of it I would have killed for one.

Years later I play GB games on my SP. Nintendo lost something by not pushing GBL out. Any idea why GBL never came in USA?

  11. #991
I think the GBL was released only in Japan, i have a boxed one in pretty good condition - it does not go but it does light up, uses the turquiose electroluminescent backlight method rather than the cold cathode that the gamegear etc used. Basically looks like a gb pocket on steroids. I'll get mine going one day :-)

I'm most pleased with my Deadly Premonition tee that I received from the game's creator, SWERY. Only a few of these were made.

Console-wise I really like my Clear Yellow Game Boy Light and modded Kasumi Blue Xbox.

I would put it back in the main shed but do not have the strength at this time. It is usually covered with a tarp during the rainy season though but it does have a roof over its head.

the MAME team progress. they almost got it going beautifully. some frozen sprites and it is running about 20% too fast but it still looks great to me.

Thanks to Thibaut, this would be the cherry on the cake/factory sealed PCE fullset..probably one copy in existence in factory sealed condition?
Haven't seen used copies in years by the way ;)

One of the weirdest items I have are a bunch of scratch-off Zelda cards from the late 1980s Topps series:

Above is a pic I found online. What makes them unique to me is that they've never been used and are all in mint condition (like the one above only no scratches). I remember trading something at school for them. At the time I was also given a Nintendo gaming watch, Super Mario Bros., and to this day I have no idea what I traded for these.
I also have two mint copies of Nintendo Power issue 1. At the time I had just signed up for the Nintendo Fun Club which was just about to end and be replaced by NP... I did not know this at the time. After getting one issue it switched over to Nintendo Power. There must have been some glitch in the switch at HQ and I was sent the first issue of NP twice!

Above is a pic I found online only my copies look a lot nicer. I do have lots of interesting Nintendo items to be sure, but these are two of my favorites.

I don't think I have anything super rare, though does my Darius Gaiden Laserdisc count? It's a proper movie made by Taito/Zuntata based on the story of Darius Gaiden, it's wrapped around a superplay of the game.

    Heres some photos of it:

I also have Gunhed on Laserdisc, loosely based on the PC Engine game and manga. The DVD is cheap as chips, but this Laserdisc is hard to find:

Very nice! You could hire that out for filming!

Once upon a time I considered hiring out a friend's spare place in the US to store some arcade machines I could have got hold of cheap. Wish I did now... I'd be jumping on that Cybertank when it comes up! ;)

That's awesome Adol. I can remember when it was at auction a few years ago. ^_^

But I think if you include this in factory sealed full set then I think should you not include other equally difficult not for sale games which can maybe be collected in that condition, too? Like Darius Alpha or Hudson Computer Designers School and Megami Tengoku Campaign Present? I think all are extremely rare to collect in new condition. :(

Is Thibaut not collecting PC Engine anymore? :(

That's why i specifically told this would be the "cherry on the cake". Hibaihin games for sure are not included in fullsets.
    (Don't believe 8rs)
I'm still not sure the titles you mentioned exist in factory sealed condition. And honestly, just like this gold hucard, even used complete ones are really hard to find (when was the last time you saw any of these for sale?).
Except Darius Alpha...which is extremely common compared to these (i saw at least 40 of them since i saw a gold hucard floating around, even loose gold hucard)

I think he still is, but he needed big money at the present time, and he knows i have a factory sealed pce fullset, so that'd go with it nicely. :)
