    sealed boxed GDR-Spindle

(but actually I'm trying to sell my Dreamcast Dev Stuff ...)

otherwise its an original gold award for ManOwaR's "Kings Of Metal" LP presented to the Bands Manager for sale of 250.000 units in germany ... second is another gold award for Megadeth "Youthanasia" presented to the bands drummer for sale of 50.000 units in Canada

i guess mine is/turning into a very simimlar story...

im still fascinated by the toys/gadget of my youth (not that 26 is really that old!), i tend to settle for working rather then mint and boxed also..... :icon_bigg

I'd say pretty far, although I've not played it in ages. I do recall getting a few stages into it, although it is not complete. I don't recall any of the graphics being scrambled. And no, it can't be played on a normal saturn as it is a CDR.

    EDIT
Sampler video. It has the boot screen if I remember, which might tell if it's a different version from yours. Although it will be very hard to read on that video.

As well as video games I am very much into cars and slot cars. Some of the rare pieces are:

aurora fire engine - never produced only 4 exist in the world
banana splits dune buggy - prototype -
71 340 cuda numbers matching, 1 of 1 with color engine trans combo and 1 of 60 with engine trans combo

on rarest in video games to me is the unfinished and unreleased robotech game on a nus cartridge. to my daughter it would be the protoype 360 steering wheel. When I received it was missing some of the internals but worked great for a 2 year old to play with.

I will get pictures up tomorrow night.

It cuts off at some point, but I don't remember where, so no, can't play it to the end. I've got a mod-chip in my Saturn, basically to play this and a few expensive games I've backed up that I don't want to scratch. I have not tried it on SSF yet.

PC with the CD writer is an old Win 95 machine that was used to develope PS1 games at my old work. I'll try and get some pictures done when I get chance.

Same goes for the manuals, which I will have to root out from the depths of my junk :icon_bigg

Are PC Engine pirate HuCards considered rare? I own two: S.C.I. and Ninja Damashii. Like many bootlegs the packaging tries to avoid trademark words so HuCard becomes HuGo :) I assume the bootlegs were mass-produced, but I never saw them for sale anywhere else. I got these from a pile of junk at a fleamarket in Taipei, Taiwan.

But in the real-world, I really don't have anything 'rare'. I've sold a shit load of my game collection, but I've been slowly adding to my collection of Arc the Lad items. I just missed a crapload of auctions for all the Arc the Lad mousepads, which will most likely never surface again.

Here's what I own, so far:
-Arc the Lad Collection, with watch
    -Arc volume1 strategy guide
-Arc the Lad poster version1 (where Arc is holding Elc)
-Arc the Lad poster version 2 (the one with all the heroes for all 3 games)
-Arc the Lad mousepad (1 out 6: Arc holding Elc)
    -Arc the Lad: TotS (PS2)
    -Arc the Lad: EoD (PS2)
-Arc the Lad: TotS (JP collector's edition version)
-Arc the Lad Soundtrack (Arc 1 & 2)
-Arc the Lad Soundtrack (Arc 3)
    -Arc the Lad Piano soundtrack
    -Arc the Lad: EoD soundtrack.

I did used to own a Sega 32x PSY-Q dev flash-cart. From what I remember it did have something on the memory because it displayed something on the screen, but I must of hit a button and erased it. I ended up trading it to Assembler for some other dev items, which I eventually sold.
Shiiiit. Its official, SOMEONE likes Arc the Lad more than I do.

Actually, I think the RAREST thing I actually own is one of my WD games, to be honest. Probably Dragon Force, I guess. I hear SMT: Nocturne is pretty rare. I didn't find a copy down here for ages anyway. Oh, I also have Valkyrie Profile, but I paid more for DF, so I don't really know...

Unless Klax for the NES is super duper rare, I think thats it for my collection.

EDIT: Oh, and there is one more thing. My copy of Arc the Lad 2 had an extra Velhart standee. If anyone else had this problem, then my game wouldn't be "rare", but if not, then it would be rare by factory error. No telling what the ratio was on this though.

Rarest software, the ps2 beta linux kit, it was sealed as you can see(I had to open it to use it obviously:
Rarest game: wing commander 4 dual side dvd edition, it was sold as part of the creative dxr2 mpeg2 decompression card package, I bought the disc new without the card for 20$ or so.

I have only one unreleased piece of hardware, it's not gaming related at all and I got it free: it's a failed attempt at using mobile phone hardware for replacing the local phone service, basicly you have a mobile phone wich isn't mobile at all, no wonder why the project has been stopped before it goes on sale...built by Sagem for BouyguesTelecom, I'll take pictures later if anyone wants to see it.
