So is it just like a box that has a cartridge slot and plugs into the wall?
wow thats just a cartridge? would you mind dumping it for us to see what this is all about? :)
It's just a ds cart with a program set so people can dl demos. You can set up any ds as a broadcaster for many event only games.
It works the same way some games do with VS play. You don't need two copies, the ds can send data to another ds that will last until the power is cycled.
People have done live captures of some nintendo event games and you
can play them or rebroadcast them.
according to http://www.advanscene.com/ it has already been dumped.Originally Posted by chocomarker1

Back on topic...
My favorite items in my collection (and probably the rarest) are:
Sega Master System 1 - Original version, fully boxed, with poly bags and still with all seals on the console and even seals on the screw in thumb stick joypads.
Sega Master System 1 - Hang On/Safari Hunt fully boxed with poly bags, seals and even original receipt from Harrods in London. When you open the box it all still smells like new :)
Sega Master System 2 (Alex Kidd) - Boxed with all poly bags & it even has the little strips of scotch tape still on the retractable cartridge door!
Original Gameboy - Boxed and complete with unopened headphones.
Sega Game Gear - Boxed and like new with mint screen, unopened instructions and carry strap.
Super Nintendo - Boxed with all poly bags. The box is mint as I bought it from someone who found it empty in their loft only last year!
Sega Mega Drive & Mega Drive 2 - Both fully boxed with all poly bags.
I've got a few rare things I'll share with you all
- First up is my Bubble Bobble Part 2 HKG edition - only one known AFAIK. [Pic 1- Pic 2]
- I also belive my Nintendo M82 cabinet is pretty rare too - I haven't seen anyone else have one of those either. [Pic]
- 1 of 3 known cartons with brand new Bergsala/SCN (PAL-B) NES games. [Pic]
- A Caltron 6in1 variant?. I know of 3 else who has this, and they're all in Norway... [Pic 1 - Pic 2 - Pic 3]
- TLoZ Majora's Mask Limited Adventure Set - Only 1000 made, and mine is still sealed. [Pic 1 - Pic 2]
- I also have some NES protos
.
One by one the penguins steal my sanity
Hmmm.. Rare Stuff?
A 64DD with some common disks (F-Zero, Doshin 1, Randnet, SimCity), Segagaga in DVD case.
Ikaruga for GameCube (US) is rare? Didn't know. Should check my GC-Games then?
And my only sealed game, not really rare: Chu Chu Rocket, DC/PAL
Comedy in the Wrong Hands
A Dangerous Weapon
I still remember the days when a German internet shop sold ChuChu Rockets as replacement cases for 1,99 euros a piece back in 2003 :lol:Originally Posted by ZueriHB
Your US Ikaruga is a nice port though and you don't see it too often. The PAL and XBLA versions were the only ones to be screwed up anyway.

I REALLY doubt you actually recognize his avatar. it's Sister from 'SPACE THUNDER KIDS' a korean anime from the 1980's that shamelessly rips off Japanese anime characters/mech designs and the plot makes no sense. It's comprised of about 3 other korean anime movies, spliced together and the english dub was done by 1 person. and wal-mart sells it for a dollar.Originally Posted by PhreQuencYViii
