Zapt Game Wave console system

Another console to add to the list, looks like a console based around those DVD party games ala "Scene-It," trivia, "You don't know Jack" kind of stuff. No screenshots on the site but I would assume probably a lot of FMV.

Check though the games. Some have a little video snipit of the game. Most are just FMV. This thing is probably a modified DVD player with a simple 2d display processor.

Hmm, in the console sidebar they mentioned partnering with Macrovision... can't be good at all

I think it will fail badly :P

But over at DP they said it can be fun. Especially for non-gamers (like playing with your family/girlfriend and stuff). well :P

it has it's own operating system and loadtimes are slow the games are specificaly for that player
