Getting Epoch cassettevision to work on an American TV

Anybody know? I can hear audio so I know the console works, but all I get is snow. I heard you had to turn the TV to a specific channel or something like that?

Japanese channel 1 works on channel 4,13,95/96 of my TVs. Remember, you must have a "cable-ready" TV and have that option on.

Is that the one you bought from me? When did you get it? It seems months ago when I sent that.

Yeah Yakumo, that's the one. It came yesterday (I tried to PM you but something went screwy.) Thanks

Unfortunatley my TV only goes to channel 70.
