you need to have either HDD-OSD(unmodified original, region-free patched or decrypted&atad patched) or PS-BBN(original or region-free patched) running on your Ps2, you also need to be able to execute Ps2 homebrew. i have included a region-free Mini-OPL at the bottom, just replace the one included in the KERMIT_OPL.RAR with the regionfree one and your good to go. the region-free Mini-OPL works perfectly on my console(PAL 3/4), i cant confirm on other-region consoles, as i just ...
