update:i have updated the guide with new instructions for the new "mbr installer tool" note: NONE of the methods described here will work for a SCPH-10000 or SCPH-15000 PS2 Console. but you will be able to use the harddrive in one of these 2 consoles, after you installed it on a SCPH-30000+ console, but you also need to have the memory card updated already installed. but keep in mind, online software like Final Fantasy 11, Nobunaga no Yabou Online or other PS-BBN download ...
