View Full Version : OT - Gamecube Repair Ideas/Help

A friend of mine has manage to fuck up his Gamecube somehow. It refuses to read any discs. The motor still works...but after spinning for a bit all that happens is a loud CLICK and then it goes to the Bios type screen.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it? Or at least an idea of what may be wrong? Thanks in advance guys :)

I don't know if this'll help, but my gamecube refuses to believe the door is shut unless there's some weight on it. So I put a hockey puck on there and it works.
