You'll need a very basic knowledge of Japanese to enjoy thiis... first year of university, or maybe 20-30 import games should cover it.
ShinBASHI! (http://www.geocities.co.jp/Technopolis-Mars/9794/shinbashi.swf)
Performed by "The Ramens" and then made into a Flash movie by some Japanese fan.
Notes:
Yamanote-sen (Yamanote line... goes around Tokyo)
Saikyo-sen (Saikyo line.... goes from Ebisu to Saitama)
The station (Shinbashi, Okachimachi, Yoyogi, etc.) are all on the Yamanote-line.

I rank it up there with Super Sonic Electronikkkkk.
That may be the ONLY thing in Japanese that I've seen Japanese and white people laugh at. I've shown quite a few people here... 100% success rate.
EDIT:
Thanks for the sticky -- I'm honored.

:smt043 That's bloody mental. What's with saying Shinbashi all the time? Pure class. Takes me back to the days of being a new student in Japanese class.

I'm thinking that perhaps there are groups of Japanese that sit around laughing at specific mistakes foreigners make in their Japanese... perhaps like black people that have lots of white people jokes... but white people just magically never hear.

Half of the humor is the gaijin-pronunciation. It's extremely exagerrated, but funny as balls.

It's actually some pretty popular ASCII art. You can see tons of faces like that over at 2CH

It's the Japanese style of sms faces basically.. people think it's one group.. it's just a style.
