Considering your post count, i'm forced to inquire if you know what you're asking for.

Are you looking for a TEST ps2, or a TOOL? I have TESTs availible from between $250 and $500. Those are considered debugging stations. If you want the full blown dev kit, you're looking at a TOOL and you're going to spend somewhere in the neighborhood of $2000.

If you want to know about the dreamcast dev kits, you should do a search for "Katana".
