In order to assist other motorists in identifying potentially dangerous
drivers, it is now compulsory for anyone with a less than average IQ and
driving ability, to display a warning flag.

The flag comprising of a red cross on a white background must be
attached to the top of at least one door of their vehicle.

For drivers of exceptionally low ability, additional flags are required.


Ps: The NON Brits might not get this... (its to do with the large amount of british flags up cos of the football.)

In their defense, they were quite well-behaved at the world cup over 2 years ago. Perhaps that's b/c the UK government sent lists of hooligans to the Korean and Japanese immigration offices, then letters to the alleged hooligans saying, "don't bother trying to go - they won't let you in." :smt040
