Yes, it was released in NTSC Japan. I can let you know the name in a few. I have to look it up.

It was called in Japan (NTSC) and Europe (PAL) Kotobuki Grand Prix.

I thought I had it. I must have the PAL version which is all english.

It is quircky. A fair budget game at best. Not worth much money.
