This is Sean Kelly store, not that you know who that is. It's outside of Chicago though. I'll see if I can find any more there.

What are the store hours? I'm going to be in Chicago next month for two days, but will not have much free time.

In Toronto I only found one good used game store and I scoped out probably 20! (I went to every single one in the phone book...) They were all overpriced or were strictly PSX/N64 oriented. This was in 2001 so I don't know if they're still in business but it was a Chinese shop whose only outside identification was a neon sign, unfortunately I don't remember the name ;P They were in a complex right next to a prodominently Chinese stripmall on Finch or Fitch Ave (which goes I think goes entirely across the city and Toronto is huge), I think there were only 2 Chinese stripmalls on that street so it shouldn't be too hard to find. Anyways, the store was 75% import Saturn for some reason with fairly reasonable prices and a friendly employee who sadly couldn't help me on my treasure hunt. I almost bought a new Christmas Saturn for $100 from them (probably tax free!) but for some reason decided to save my money :(

Pretty much any Chinese mall will be great to check out if just for the experience, I can't remember names but the biggest one in the newest larger Chinatown (yes I think I remember there being 3 Chinatowns, 1 is old and had absolutely nothing but produce) had some pretty awesome game shops in the higher floors including a shop apparently with lots of those goods I'm so interested in (:P) which are "special ordered" for you, so I couldn't buy any :(

Another hole in the wall there there was 100% dedicated to console repair and "repair" (^_~) of course it had many binders of numbered game screenshots for some reason :P

Anyways, lots of fun to go Chinese hardware hunting there, except it's disappointing when you come home with nothing because you couldn't stick around for a flea market. Speaking of which, I'm positive Toronto flea markets are a gold mine and I would love to check one out someday before PS2 is considered retro...

Man I hate the fact that I am only going to have maybe an hour of free time the first day and nothing more. It's so nice that when the boss goes out of town on business they always take an extra day of four... me? oh hell no I must come back the same day my school ends.
