Sweet! The first one was awesome. I heard that the title translates to "Where do Babies come from?" can anyone verify this?

Well, yeah, that's a part of the manufacture process of where babies come from, yes.

I shiver to think of the reaction should anything risque on this game make it to the ears of the mainstream media, though. I'm sure this title will not make it to the U.S. without some modification.

I'm worried about that as well. Does anyone know how well the first one sold in the US? I also fear that it might not come over at all. It is Sonic Team though, so hopefully there'll be an English text option even if importing is the only way.

Was there an English option in the original? Also, was it any different from the US one?

yes there was an english option in the orignal, and i do remember hearing stories some reatailers who carried it looked at some people that bought it funny. As for it coming states side, theres avery good chance, i belive it was the best selling 3rd party game at the time and many ds owners did pick it up, i got a feeling that this one wont get censored really, even teh orignal had some risque stuff that didnt get censored, but i got a feeling all sega of america will do is just change the title, thats it.
