Maybe in PPC but no way is that thing more powerful than an 850XT PE or 7800 video card. A battery that could supply that power and fit in a cell phone doesn't exist.

I see this in a dreamcast phone/Ngage, but no normal/small cell phone would sacrifice its power and size requeriments for such a GPU:smt071

the new next-generation N-Gage (aka N-Gage 2) is going to use a Texas Instruments chipset that has an embedded PowerVR MBX in it. (not the new PowerVR SGX).... the MBX chip-design has been around for several years now (maybe 3 years? ) but is only just starting to show up in actual products
I'd imagine that N-gage 3 in say, maybe three years, might use this new
PowerVR SGX, if N-gage 2 is somewhat successful.

The Aurora SoC utilizes a 150Mhz MBX, I can see Sega Sammy making an Aurora 2 chipset powered by an SGX within the next year or two.
Hell the chip may be in development as we speak.
Aurora SoC - SH4A 300Mhz + MBX 150Mhz
Aurora 2 SoC - SH4A 400Mhz + SGX 200Mhz ???
