I found an old mail archive of mine from 2000 to 2002 (or 2003 actually). Man, I saved a shitload of emails. Anyways, I saved ALL of my ebay finished auction notifications. Very crazy how the market has changed. Feel like taking a stroll down memory lane?

It's a good idea, but in reality it sucks for small, obscure items. It only works for pretty expensive stuff (or stuff you really want and don't mind paying too much for). Can't blame them though... bidding on, paying for, receiving, and shipping out one $5 package is a lot of work to only make a couple of dollars.

Wow, and I thought Dracula X was expensive now! And whatever came of that obviously-bullshit watchdog association thing? I'm assuming it was just some pissed-off seller that liked gouging on shipping prices?

probably, alot of people tend to charge more on shipping due to handling or tying to make more money off of it, usally the best sellers offer the most resonable shipping, im talking the one that charge maybe 4-6 at most for shipping, but when you start shipping 8 and up it gets ridiculess, or the seller that force you to use expensive shipping such as ups or usps most expensive packages.

I charged $5 for single games, $6 for two. I made a small amount ($1) on single games, but started to lose on 3-4 games. Got people to buy more. Either way, I was being pretty fair.
Nothing really came after that email. Just a pissed off competitor I'm sure. I seriosly doubt there was ever a watch dog committee It was a yahoo address.

Sorry to thread crap, Gajin, but can you please free up some space in your PM box? Just checking the status of the PSO X.
