It's not worth the time and hassle because arse holes like this just deny everything even if you do have proof. But you can tell him that it's 100% certain that he stole that Game Cube banner from my links page. Here's a direct link to my links page. Just take a look at my Game Cube banner for a Game Cube save site. It's 100% identical to the one that that thieving sod stole.

Funny how they don't have their "official logo" on their entrance page, or their Yahoo group page thingee....

Yakumo...have you ever considered putting a SMALL water mark or logo on the videos you put online...so its easier to smack these idiots across the face with their own stupidity?

Get Virtual Dub, or a copy of Premiere and watermark that stuff. I've always been against watermarking everything, as I'm a bit of a purist. I don't mind people using stuff, but I just want some type of credit (usually in the form of a link). I have actually found some of my stuff out there, and sure enough - there was a link. The first time I was "proud of" the internet.

EDIT: I wonder if he's going to try to move over to print ads as well. Might need to watermark the flyers. :)

Here's what I originally posted.

I've started doing that will all my recent videos. Don't really have the time to do it with my back cataloge though. It all started when I ripped a Shenmue beta video without sound. Before I knew it some arse hole had it on their site saying that they owned the Shenmue beta from which the video came from. I ended up re-ripping the video with sound this time plus a watermark of my Segagaga Domain.

I really don't mind people using my videos but what I do mind is people saying that they own the videos and not giving credit for them.
