I want to buy a PAL N64, preferably from a US seller so that shipping cost is cheaper. I want to play my copy of Rakugakids, but I can't since I do not have a PAL N64. Please contact me.

Do you have any means of displaying PAL video? TV card, or a multi-standard TV, or a converter box?

Wait, are you talking about Rakugakids, or a PAL N64? lol

have you thought about buying an adaptor to play import games?
from my experience, the n64 passport does a fine job.
im not sure if it can deprotect pal games on a ntsc system.
it works fine the other way round, though.
with most of the older games, you could just swap the cic inside the cart for an equivalent ntsc one and be done with it.
however, most newer games check the pif (thats the all-in-one lockout, gamepad and serial i/o chip inside the n64)
and fail to boot if its from the wrong region.
if you buy a pal n64, try getting a french one.
they can easily be modified to output an rgb video signal.

don't start the Passport story or GSL will kill you :P
(if I remember right, he's had nothing but trouble with a PAL Rakuga Kids on a NTSC N64)

Let me know if the Passport thing works or not, but if you ever have anyone tell you that you ought to be able to play PAL imports on a Gameshark, kick them sharply in the crotch, and then poke them in one or both eyes with your finger - it's a lie. :smt096

Nah, I thought it was quite fun (the 2 minutes I test-played it for GSL, that is) - also, a N64 game with sprites is a novelty ;-)

polygons pretending to be sprites. ;)
the game is somewhat mediocre, but the intro music is absolutely awesome imho.

Well, welcome to PSone, lol. Also, Saturn does the reverse, skewing sprites for textured polys.
