Due to the rising ammount of people posting ebay finds, private sales and links to stuff their selling on ebay i made this topic to keep it all a bit together rather then having them all over the board.
So please post all ebay related links and sales in this central topic.
All ebay links posted outside this topic will be removed/deleted if people repetatly ignore this thread.

Hmm, I think that 99 dollars is quite steep. I remember paying something like 50 dollars for mine 2 years ago from Lan-Kewi or some play like that.

Kukzz: A word of warning on the Para Para Paradise for Dreamcast - it's not an official Konami licensed game, but a Hong Kong pirate version of the game, burned to a normal CD (albeit professionally) with only 10 or 12 or so songs on it, and from what I hear the quality of the videos on it isn't that great. To the team's credit, what I hear of the controller puts it on par with Konami's in terms of sturdiness... I'm not trying to discourage you, I just wanted to make sure you weren't thinking this was an official PPP set or anything. If you really are into the real thing, I have a Konami PS2 PPP controller I'm thinking of putting up on eBay (no game tho, so it's just taking up space) that I'd be willing to part with. If you really want the Dreamcast one, I'd suggest waiting around a while, as there always seem to be one or two of the sets on eBay, or check www.lan-kwei.com or www.goldenshop.com.hk or of course, Lik-Sang - $99 really is a lot to spend for that gear, as I recall seeing it in the $75-or-so range before.

I don't think they are illegal (some companies DO use them to develop games).
Plus it's not bad, if you want to play homebrew games or emulators.

This bleempod supports all the buttons. The ones that TC3 doesn't do are L2, R2, Select, R3, L3, and the right analoge stick. Also, those orange and blue ones were just 3-D mock ups of possible reatail models.

Because this is the verion of phantasy star that alows you to use a bug in the game to play gamecube images via the Broadband adapter via your pc.
It was taken out of shops when the bug was noticed by nintendo and replaced with a patched version thats why it's up to 80 pounds already.
Tachikoma
05-17-2004, 06:16 AM
Yeah I know you can do the exploit with PSO, but it normally goes for £30 tops. Hell I can get it in the shops for about £20, I may go buy a couple and stick em on ebay.
As far as I can tell, the patched version is yet to make an appearance, at least in the UK.

last time my relative sent some stuff for me our friendly, NOT!, Custom asked me to come over and open the box for their inspection. She put the full price of each items and as the total value was close to 40000 yen they want to inspect and charge me if they can. :)
what they did was charge me import duty on each and every single CD game titles saying this incur 5% duty while hardware/console is duty free. I ended up paying for three titles plus GST on 'em! Last time I went to Custom house was to sign a form to get my import GameCube from Japan released. They told me for all Nintendo stuff the signed released form is required and the form basically stated that Nintendo goods coming is for private use only and not for resale.
now I leant the lesson and she's sending games as music CD which is duty free... still Capcom Tekki controller is sight to hold! I finally got my own copy and it's blast to play. Also got N.U.D.E. but haven't had time to play apart from watching included shop demo DVD...

I know a guy which I´ve bought some dreamcast games and how owns that. He said it was a giveaway stuff on low-profile kinda E3 here :-p
Also a month ago Project Berkeley was up on ebay´s local affiliate, but the seller had no idea what was about it.
Don´t have to say I have none of these two :Hangman:

What's Shenmue isn't a E3 give away. That guy is talking out of his behind. What's Shenmue is a Japanese limited free disc that was given away to people when they bought Dreamcast games in Japan. These days it's a much sort after disc. The Prject Berkely disc came free with the fist print of Virtua Fighter 3tb in Japan. It's not at all rare. I could go and buy 10 of them from my local shop right now. Were as buying What's Shenmue is far more tricky.

AntiPasta: Its just a bunch of gba games running on an emulator on the cube...published by Code Junkies [Datel]
It's cheaper to get it straight from their online shop [4.99£]: http://uk.codejunkies.com/shop/product.asp?c=GB&cr=GBP&cs=%A3&r=1&l=1&ProdID=286
Datel contacted the amateur gba development community and told them they would pay 1000-3000$ for each game they used in this project. I think the deadline was in january or february and if Im not mistaken, they have still not paid any of the developers......
I guess they want to make sure they wont loose money before they pay for the work...

Yakumo, It was released not on E3, but on a Brazilian convention, like E3, but I can´t remember the exact name of it :-p. You have to consider that those two disks are rare because they are not easy to get here. You can´t get sealed dc games anymore here. So it´s only possible to get used stuff and from user´s collection.

I got back in my high school days and had a lot of fun... in fact we did some micro-mouse development using PC-8001 as a guy in Japan developed a machine programming language - forgot what it was called - for this purpose and we had blast to develop our own micro-mouse.
You know the one where you build a micro robot mouse with built-in program to navigate the maze... Some of them were blindly fast as I recall... For us we never managed to build one fast enough to compete in the competition but...

I was being facetious about the controller, only now I see… 20 euros is crazy, and I’m upset that I will soon shell out $15 for a N64 expansion pak. I guess I'm glad that the US has such great DC prices... Sometime this year I bought a new official grey VMU for $4, also my friend and two of his friends recently all bought Dreamcast consoles (& 2 controllers?) for $23 after tax :)
About the GB Memory Cassette, what is there not to get? It’s a Game Boy (Color) flash cartridge, just like the Super Famicom “NP cart.” While the SF cassette is not very rare, the GB one is.

PC-Engine DUO-RX console. Not brand new... A bit expensive, but in great condition I'd say. Finding all the hookups is also becoming a rarity. See auction here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4315&item=8116940711&rd=1).

$250,000 seems like a shitload for comics but if it is a legit auction it is the steal of the century. Look at it this way the collection contains 200,000 comics so in the end you are paying $1.25 each.

Looks like this (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4315&item=8118805570&rd=1) is in pretty good condition. Comes with additional game as well. Vectrex collecting has really lost a lot of its popularity thoughout the years.

Wow, nice item Alien Workshop, and I thought I've seen it all...
I heard there were 1000 or less of these made, and I have only seen them on ebay twice within the past few years. Very rare items indeed. The reserve on this one is set at $500 USD, and I am willing to bet there are quite a few snipers looking at this one if you know what i mean :snipe: The last few seconds of this bid are going to get hectic. A true Holy Grail for Genesis/Mega Drive collectors.
