VERY Cheap Sony CDW-900E burner for use with Sony PlayStation CD Burning software. This piece of machinery went for $10,000 USD back in it's hey day. This is the unit that Sony recommended burning master discs on to be submitted for duplication or something like that.

>>He will be poor after he pay's the ebay fee for listing at that price.
But the potential for getting wild card bidders is much higher on ebay than any other auction site......newbies are a dream come true sometimes...you can't beat the audience on ebay.....love or it or loath it...
All the best Yakumo!
The potential for dead beats and time wasters is also higher thanks to questionable way the site is ran and maintained.
If people gave themselves more options then it would only make for a better marketplace, But while people continue to champion a site that doesn't actually care or understand the items listed on the site nothing will move forward and charges will continually rise.
Its incredible the number of times you'll hear about what ebay offers but it always ends up reading like safety in numbers and potential what ifs.

Was a guy selling 2 rare PS2`s..........both were special editions that had been painted to match the games.....all official promo items.......think one was Medal of Honour and another Juiced.
As far as I could see there was no mod`s, chips anything like this but they have both been pulled???
Of course you won`t be able to get an answer and I imagine the seller is a bit peeved!

Its a good idea to list any items only on one site at a time other wise it will cause a bad situation for you if you happen to get bidders on both sites.

No, sealed in a shop wrap cellophane. I don't think genesis games came with the sticker, but I could be wrong. Also iirc only the later cardboard box genesis games were sealed, factory sealed that is. A lot of stores though did shrinkwrap their games when they got them in new and the sealed ones I have are examples of this. So they are new, and sealed, just not sega sealed. (or at least that's my understanding of it)
PS I love warsong too much:)

As far as I know
Pal did (although some australian pal games came in an outer clear plastic shell type box), us didn't, I don't think jp did either. US cardboard releases came factory sealed shrinkwrap. Anything else is a shop seal etc.

There's two official ways to write to the cart, either via a NPDP-SW or a NPDP-GW.
...SW being single writer and GW being gang writer.
...The GDEV, and it's variants, purely and only read the cart.

I saw this too. Says it's a hand crafted, custom made set. But then again, I've never seen an "official" nintendo issued one either. But those might be out somewhere too. (hey, we can hope)

Do you think that's way too much or just a little? i thought it seemed pretty good myself if not a little overpriced i mean 135 different games 134 of which have manuals, the n64 storage cases sell on ebay for AU$50+ alone, boxed steering wheel, custom? n64 storage case. If i had the cash to throw around i'd consider it. It's the second time the seller has listed it, hopfully next time they get the hint and lower the price. Probably not worth it for the international buyer though.

I think the other ones are real, because if you look close they have the white and red "not for resale" printed on the labels. Unless those are stickers too, but they look printed on with the label.

Doubt it`s a proto as they normally have half the cart missing...either no labels (writing) or super basic lables....and as for box + instructions :-(
Probably a pre-store/show demo to run.........cant see anything on the cart to disinguish it from most anything else
Still a nice item to have if cheap

Look like Ebay removed the Chrono Trigger auction... Maybe becuase it said 'Proto' in the title? (Sometimes they are anal about people selling prototypes, as I'm sure most of you know... :) )
Is it something that $300 seems like a fair price for? I haven't actually seen this before...
I hope it's ok to share the findings in eBay with fellow forum members. Here it goes (mind you, I post this on November 4, 2005):

now THATS something that's intersting about it :D :D :D
It might have been in the kiosks prior to the game being released but I'm fairly certain its a final copy. Its not like the eary 1 disk prototype version of Chrono Cross.

afaik Mirage was option and didn't come with CartDev Rev.B as standard if you look at the order form.. :p
and I wonder whether it comes with the systm disc as well - some do as I found several left inside by the dev houses that throw(?) them away...

It might be nothing special, but I'd be curious to see the insides of this thing.

Interesting, but the shipping is a little outrageous (says it's actual cost...but I don't quite believe that)

Actually, $30 is probably about right for FedEx next-day delivery... I'd prefer to use the cheaper, post-office $4 delivery myself, but maybe he's not giving that as an option... :)

300 on any of the 3 "sample ROM" SFAMI games is too much, maybe good if it was 300 for all 3

Saturn FDD isn't that uncommon in Japan...
I've seen fair number of 'em though they generally cost fair bit - not as much as $100 mind you... more like $55-70...
