I got really far in the first KotoR on Xbox, but I somehow doubt that this counts as a real RPG? Lol

However, I saved at the wrong spot so I became impossible to finish (almost no energy left, party members dead, saved in the middle of a fight as the icing on the cake) and I gave up.

i just bought Orcarina of Time from APE. i've never gotten past the Duku tree or whatever. so i guess i'll be playing that game for the first time.

the first RPG, besides Pokémon, i ever finished was Lost Odyssey which is a 360 game. So you two aren't alone in never finishing RPGs, i didn't finish my first until a few years ago.

Too many to list... but the ones I should have already played long time ago are all Final Fantasy... I've played FF VII over 6 times already... and started several times all other games in the series... but none of them caught my attention and at one point I had to stop playing.
Looking forward to play them all someday...

I had never played through all of Castlevania SotN until this past year. And probably within only the past 2 years had I completed Secret of Mana.

Tons of games I've played but not completed like Super Mario RPG. Final Fantasy 1, 5 and 6 though I'd like to someday. Metal Storm on NES. Fire Emblem Gaiden. Mega Man Xtreme 1&2. Oh and definitely Der Langrisser. Never finished it but fun game. Takes awhile to play out.

I loved, LOVED the first two (and Extreme was okay, I guess)... but I've never even seen a copy, so I've given up looking for it.

Too bad, too, because it looked SWEET.

I really, really tried with Halo 3. Just not my cup of tea, I guess.

I'm a huge fan of the Gamecube, but for some reason, no matter how hard I try, I just can't get into Metroid Prime. I've owned it for years, but I've never beaten it.

Same goes for Pikmin 1 and 2, actually... but I'm currently trying to force myself to beat Pikmin 1.

Pikmin 2 is miles better (imo) than the first. The first annoyed me quite a bit but they fixed a lot of the faults the 1st had in the 2nd.

Hmmm, your post inspires me to try Pikmin 2. I loved number one, but I gotta admit, I was pretty young when I got it near its release, and that game was pretty damn tough! I have yet to beat it either, I got close the last day, but I needed way more parts, so I just quit playing.
