Any Everdrive 64 + Cic Pal in stock?

I am looking for an Everdrive 64 with Pal Cic and shell but i cannot find any. Does anyone know where i can get one?

Since it does not look like anyone has the everdrive 64 with the pal cic chip, i bought the board on it's own and i'm going to solder my own one on there. Would the following cartridge have the right cic chip?
