Hello
I have had my Super Everdrive approx 6 months now and have really only played "arcade" type games that dont use saves e.g Final Fight, SF2. NBA JAM etc...
I just sunk several hours into Super Metroid and then went back to discover it did not save, also tried making a save game on Zelda and Donkey Kong and nothing, when i go back to the game my save game is not there.
Am I doing something wrong?? It is set to autosave etc...
Thanks

Hi KRIKzz
There is a save file on the root of the SD card that I assume the Everdrive will have created, when i go into the save folder it shows save files for Metroid, Zelda NBA JAM TE etc (all abouth 8kb in size) but when i load the rom the part where you select your save game is blank.
If I send you my cart how long will i be without it as I play it quite a lot :) as it is an awesome piece of kit!!
Thanks
p.s I bought it from warnersretrocorner in the UK

hmm... if saves in root of sd then may be enough to reformat sd card to fix the problem
so you lost your saves only when you change the game, or even if turn off the system and the restart the game?
usual shipping time 10-15 days in one side

Yes it is showing in the saves dir on the sd card but the game does not seem to show any saves! Shall i try a full reformat of my sd card?? The saves dont show if i just restart the console or change game etc, everytime I load Metroid it is as if I am starting abrand new game each time.
