List of FM Towns MIDI Compatible Games

Thought it would be useful for others if I listed up the MIDI compatible FM Towns games and which formats they support as there isn't much info on this in Japanese or English. Below are what I know from my own collection. I'll add more details as I test them out.

MIDI Compatible Games
Genocide Squared (SC-55) - accessed via game settings menu
Lord of the Rings Volume I (MT32, CM32L, CM64) - accessed by holding down right mouse button on bootup
Lord of the Rings Volume II (MT32, CM32L, CM64) - accessed by holding down right mouse button on bootup
Might & Magic III (MT32, CM32L, CM64) - accessed by holding down right mouse button on bootup

There are the Windows 3.x and Windows 95 ones that have Midi... =p

One interesting note is that all those games are on the PC-9801 and all of those also support MIDI... likely that games that exist on the PC-9801 that support MIDI and are on the FM Towns will also support MIDI.

Genocide isn't on 98. Not understanding your Windows comment. Which games only run on Windows on Towns that have MIDI???
