the GB/GBA is probably the easiest sysem to develop for, development kits are all over the internet along with flashcards and the like.

i have a GBA development kit i could probably sell off, comes with a linker for the pc and a 32 MB cart (256M).

works on all GBA and GBA SP.

can store up to 8 games. although since most games are bigger you get 3-4 depending on games selected.
