Yeah, I have other unreleased GBA games from Rare and on other consoles. The game got completely redesigned as Banjo-Pilot after they tried voltex. They didn't have much time to do it at all. My article contains information from former Rare employees if you're interested in reading, it went in on detail how the game initially had Mario characters as well.

I must admit that I was more interested in the two developer comments than the rom in itself.

It looks pretty much the same as Banjo Pilot but with much more unfair items, CPU is pisting me off with those bastards bees

BTW: Talking about the initial voxel demo there's already a game that does exactly this. Mode 7 + Voxel engine. Its called Racin' Force from Konami (1994) and it runs on Konami GX, an arcade board with some kind of mode 7 hardware and other 2D stuff goodies. This game is just a mode 7 with cars modeled in voxels. Its pretty pretty cool but MAME fairly emulates it :-/
