Super Everdrive and SDHC

I am about to buy a 4GB SD Card for my Super Everdrive (which should arrive any day now), the only ones I can find in store are 'HC' versions - are these ok, or I have to use standard ones? :shrug:

SDHC will work as long as the SED is running OS v10 or later. If not, you'll need a normal SD card to update it to v11, so you can use your SDHC card.

Hard to tell, I think it wasn't that long ago that Super EverDrive's newest OS was considered stable so it may have either OS.
