As I spend far too much time on eBay, I have found another interesting auction!

Apparently given out as part of a Nintendo Power contest back in 1990, for the original Final Fantasy on the NES.

Absolute classic bit of pricing on this, a snip at £92,564 BIN, although as it did not sell when he listed it previously, if you stuck a bid in at £83,924 you could probably save yourself around £8,500!

Is this thing really worth that sort of money?

Jesus shit, 93 grand! You could buy a house for that and still have change.

I'd like to know how these lunatics come up with these prices in the first place. Rarity doesn't necessarily equate to worth, especially when the item on offer is just a blob of glass.

As for it not selling the last time it was listed, I can instantly think of 92,549 reasons why it didn't...
