The only gaming related events I can think of are Super Mario Bros. being released on September 13th of 1985 and Mortal Kombat on September 13th of 1993. Playstation released in NA September 9th of 1994 and of course Dreamcast released in NA on 9/9/99. Super Nintendo and Genesis released in August. Now that I think about it, wasn't such a bad time to have a birthday fall on as a kid since it usually timed perfectly with some new game or system coming out for me to beg Mom an Dad for.
