Hello.
I recently received a Super Everdrive from Kitsch-bent. Unfortunately, It doesn't start. I have look into every possible option that may be causing the trouble but not avail.
I get the picture or any sound at all. I know my Super Nintendo works because I have used before and it was working just fine.
I worry mostly because I own an Everdrive for the Sega Genesis and it was a breeze.
Thank you.

Maybe this sound basic but are you sure you put the pcb in the proper order (back to back)?
Edit: forget that, I just check that there's no way to put super everdrive inside of a cart in a wrong order.
Are you using an original SNES and its original power adapter? Are the contacts clean?

Yes, its impossible to put it backwards. I am using an original SNES. I am using a thirdparty AC adapter but it estates that it was made for SNES. Meaning, I didnt take my router or printer AC adapter and jam it in there.
Thank you.

There was one user at neoflash, that couldn't get their product to work, he too used a third party power supply. It may be worth checking the flashcart with an original powersupply if this isn't to much trouble for you.

Does the 3rd part adapter damage the cart, or for some reason will it not just start up? I have a 3rd party one and I don't want to break my cart.

You could just check that fast before send it, and if it works with an original adapter you would save time

adapter can't damage cart. unstable work with third party possible, but possibility very small if other cart work fine
