Is it possible to hack a 150 in 1 cart, dump the roms, remove unwanted and insert another one?

It's the same as burning your own cart. Go find someone with a eeprom reader and burner.

I read on the Neo-Geo.com forum that the 138 in 1 multicart allows you to remove the ones you don't want off the menu. Downside to this particular cart is that it has an extra board to go into the Jamma board, so if your NeoGeo isn't a single slot you may need an adaptor to by-pass this.

Different multi carts have different games on them too, some have Ghostloc or Twinkle Star Sprites or whatever, so check the contents of the multicart before buying.
