Everything is in the title. What should i use to start a homebrew project for Neogeo CD? I would like to make an A-RPG for this console using an emulator like CDZ as my hardware testing machine.
I didn't read every threads but is it possible to find an official devkit or homebrew tools around ? What kind of tools should i use for the graphics and tiles, bitmaps ...

Thank you for the link. Do you think that the programming practices are easy and well documented for this platform ?
Do you think it's possible to find some commercial or homebrew source code somewhere to take a look and have an idea how i can manage :)
