How much i have to pay for a Dreamcast DEV Unit?

I'd count at least 400 EUR / 550 USD for a functioning one, possibly even more if it's new/comes with accessories/...
eg: this one, which has gotten quite high, even if we're not really sure if the seller is reliable:

I actually see a few pop up on eBay each each. They usually priced at £100 to £200, most of them would have some bits missing though.
