No, I don't think thats moraly correct. Plus just the neighborhood portion? Thats kind of useless when you have telnet and leaked versions on the internet.

No one will buy it and I hope you get banned from here for asking one of the most dumbest questions I have ever heard on this site.

Also you have been awarded.

... shouldn't this guy be banned for attempting to sale a portion of a very copyrighted piece of software?

Eh, everyone has to learn somehow. Everyone here was a n00b once.

Besides, even experienced members sometimes foul up. Remember, it was Xenon that was offering a console for sale with straight up copies of retail games. That's no different than what our hyperactive newbie was doing. heh.

Best to use the chance to educate the new user, rather than immediately ban him for general stupidity. After all, today's crazy newbie might be tomorrow's valued contributor.

Besides, it's kind of amusing to see someone trying to sell a piece of software that's been freely downloadable on one of Microsoft's sites for *ages*. ;)

Realistically, I highly doubt anyone at Microsoft is going to get their panties in a bunch over some college kid with a copy of XN. They're more likely to be going after the warez kiddies that are distributing Halo:ODST.

1. Belongs in Marketplace
2. You do not meet the requirements to sell
3. This piece of software is highly illegal which should NOT be sold.
